Shipping Policy
Where we ship
Galactic Jems ships within the United States only. Because state laws on hemp-derived cannabinoids vary, we cannot ship to states where our products are prohibited or restricted. It is your responsibility to know your state and local laws before ordering. If we are unable to ship to your address, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
States we cannot ship to
This product is not available for shipment to the following states:
Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, Wyoming
Note: Products with Total THC content above 0.3% must not be shipped to these states.
These states are not selectable at checkout. If an order is nonetheless placed for one of them, it will be cancelled and refunded in full. State law changes regularly, so this list is reviewed and updated as it does.

Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when it is placed. Carrier delays are outside our control, but we will always help you track down a package.
Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded outer packaging. Nothing on the outside of the box indicates its contents.
Age requirement
All customers must be 21 years of age or older. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
If your tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, or your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the ship date and we will make it right with a replacement or refund. For packages marked as delivered but not received, we ask that you first check with household members and neighbors, then contact us so we can open a carrier inquiry.
Incorrect addresses & returned packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address can be reshipped for the cost of postage, or refunded minus the original shipping cost.
