Welcome to Galactic Jems. By accessing galacticjems.com or purchasing our products, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Age requirement
You must be 21 years of age or older to use this site or purchase our products. By using the site you represent that you are at least 21. We reserve the right to cancel any order if we cannot reasonably verify age.
2. Our products
All Galactic Jems products are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC on a dry-weight basis, consistent with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (the "2018 Farm Bill"). Products are third-party lab tested; Certificates of Analysis are available on request.
State and local laws regarding hemp-derived cannabinoids vary and change frequently. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your state and locality. We do not ship to jurisdictions where our products are prohibited.
3. FDA disclaimer
Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not medical products.
4. Health & safety
- Consult a physician before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.
- Do not drive or operate machinery after consuming these products.
- Effects can be delayed by 30–90 minutes. Start with a small portion and wait before consuming more.
- Keep out of reach of children and pets.
- These products may cause you to fail a drug test.
5. Orders & payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely by AeroPay, a pay-by-bank service; we never see or store your bank credentials. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect the purchaser is under 21, the shipping address is in a restricted state, or fraud is suspected. Cancelled orders are refunded in full.
6. Satisfaction policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@galacticjems.com and we will work with you to make it right. For safety reasons, consumable products cannot be restocked once shipped; resolutions are typically a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including the Galactic Jems name, logos, product names, COMET format, images, and text — is our property and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Galactic Jems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Galactic Jems harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these terms or your violation of any law in connection with your purchase or use of our products.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
